Donnington New Homes invite you to our Public Consultation Event to view and discuss the proposals for our site at New Warren Farm, Warren Road and adjoining properties. The site is allocated by Policy CS3 of the West Berkshire Local Plan for residential-led development. In May 2022, Outline Planning Permission was granted for the area of Sandleford Park being delivered by Bloor Homes.
We now wish to secure planning permission for the delivery of the remainder of the development, and we would welcome your views on our draft proposals.
